Dr Daniel Moore (He/Him)

Dr Daniel Moore is a Lecturer in Marine Biology with an interest in the evolutionary biology and ecology of cetaceans and deep-sea megafauna. His work focuses on understanding the drivers of evolution in open water environments, particularly in relation to paleoclimate change. Dr Moore has a background in leading scientific expeditions to remote marine environments across the globe, from Antarctica to remote tropical islands, and he now uses this experience to inspire and engage his students at the University of Exeter.
