Ecology and Conservation
About me:
I am a behavioural ecologist with broad interests in animal behaviour – from cognition and personality to conservation and welfare. My research focusses on within- and between-individual variation in animal behaviour, and how and why these arise. Moreover, I am interested in interactions within ecosystems and between organisms of same or different species. I enjoy all forms of fieldwork and advocate for wildlife conservation, livestock welfare, and sustainable agriculture.
In my MSCA project, I look forward to new research challenges investigating microbiome-behaviour interactions in feral horses on Sable Island.
