Overview
Mark is a social-environmental epidemiologist interested in interactions with the natural environment. His doctoral research, at the European Centre for Environment and Human Health, used longitudinal birth cohorts to examine the impact of natural environments on child development. In his previous work, he employed geographic information systems to measure access to natural environments and evaluate their distribution among socio-demographic groups.
